ViewFile Method

The ViewFile method opens the specified file in the associated viewer.

Syntax

ViewFile(file, [cache])

Required. The name of the file to open.

Optional. Specifies whether the disk cache should be used when viewing the file. This can be one of the following values.

Constant	Description
0	The disk cache will not be used. This is the default behavior.
1	The file will be copied to the disk cache before it is opened in the viewer. The caller can safely delete the file immediately after the method returns.
2	The file will be moved to the disk cache before it is opened in the viewer. The file will be automatically deleted from the cache once the user closes the viewer window.

This method does not return a value.
