The complete source of the manual as published here, its pages, tables of contents, images and context-help maps, is available as manual/source.zip, with the license text. Each manual page also links to its original in the Sally repository, where the manual lived until Sally 1.0.31.

Screenshots show Sally and its icon, which come from the Sally repository and are covered by the GNU GPL version 2 or later.
